Gideon Moegi Ogeto FOUNDER & CEO
About the Founder & CEO
Night Island Tours and Travel is led by its Founder and CEO, Gideon Moegi Ogeto, a passionate tourism professional and scholar. Ogeto’s academic depth and hands-on experience in the tourism and hospitality industry repositions the company to deliver world-class services and exceptional visitor experiences.
He is a student of International Studies at the University of Nairobi, Department of Diplomacy and International Studies, where he is pursuing a PhD focused on the implications of climate change on tourism diplomacy in East Africa, particularly within the Maasai Mara ecosystem. In addition, he holds certifications from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and the Universal Federation of Travel Agents’ Associations (UFTAA) from Geneva Switzerland.
Ogeto has also established strategic partnerships with tourism professionals, tour operators, and stakeholders in hospitality and air travel, further strengthening the company’s capacity to deliver excellence.
